Are you a licensed therapist who dreams about the independence, flexibility, and financial benefit of working in a private practice while someone else manages the complex business side of insurance credentialing, claim filing, and marketing?

At Legacy Mental Health Center (LMHC), we are intentional about creating a space that nurtures a select group of therapists. We encourage therapist development in a highly supportive setting that promotes professional growth, pursuit of passions, and work/life balance while providing the highest quality of mental health services to a broad range of individuals, couples, and families.

Our mission is to provide accessible and high quality mental health services to a client base that is diverse in areas of age, culture, ethnic background, and socio-economic status.

We are looking for 2 full and/or part-time licensed therapists (LP, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC) to join our dynamic team of psychotherapists. Part-time is between 10 and 15 clinical hours per week.

​

We provide our therapists a comprehensive offer from the start. We maintain a relaxed, thoughtful, collaborative, and diverse work environment with generous compensation.

  • Management of all credentialing and billing tasks

  • Clinical autonomy

  • Individual, personalized page on the practice website

  • A group therapy room

  • Art and play therapy materials

  • Assessment and testing materials

  • Referral and marketing assistance

  • Monthly case consultation

Requirements for licensed therapist:

  • Fully licensed in the state of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)

  • Have, or willing to secure, full malpractice and liability insurance

  • Commitment to embracing a diverse clientele

​

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ethical, passionate about providing meaningful interventions, and have an interest in collaborating with a team of therapists. Most importantly, you are committed to facilitating change in the lives of your clients.
