Rachel Fate MSW, LICSW
Rachel Fate is a licensed independent clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults across the lifespan facing a wide variety of mental health concerns or issues, including mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma, and life stage transitions. Additionally, Rachel works with older adults who may be facing grief and loss, caregiving fatigue, and caregiving for a loved one with dementia. Rachel’s interests also include working with women in the perinatal period, both during pregnancy and postpartum, and those women who may be facing infertility or loss, such as miscarriage.
Rachel has completed a 235-hour yoga teacher training and utilizes this knowledge in promoting increased mindfulness with her clients. Rachel is patient-centered with a goal to empower and come alongside her clients as they identify and grow towards their therapeutic goals. Rachel tailors her approach and therapeutic modalities used to meet each client’s needs, allowing clients to feel they are being met where they are throughout the therapy process.
