Underline blue.png

Paige Sorenson is a licensed independent clinical social worker with a varied practice history including work in nonprofit, home health, and clinical settings. She often works with adults concerned with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships, and adjustment to life changes.

Paige views each client as the expert in their own lives and recognizes the importance of each client’s story and how it informs their worldview and goals for therapy. Her therapeutic approach is always client-centered and often includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as mindfulness. Paige works collaboratively with each client to help uncover areas of personal strength, opportunities for resiliency, and strategies to navigate everyday life stressors. Paige strives for clients to leave therapy feeling validated, grounded in their sense of self, and empowered to live their life in a way that feels authentic.

Paige received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Concordia College-Moorhead and her master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas-St. Paul. In her free time, Paige enjoys traveling and the outdoors. She also has a golden retriever, Parker, who may be present at your session if you are comfortable.
