Justin Jeffrey, MSW LICSW

Justin Jeffrey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has worked with adults aged 18+ in community mental health and other clinical settings.  His areas of focus include depression, anxiety (including panic disorder and OCD), ADHD, addiction (including alcohol use disorders), young adult issues, and relationship challenges. 

 

Justin tailors his treatment approach to his client’s needs.  His approach may include elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, narrative therapy, and insight-oriented psychotherapy.  His clients often tell him that he is approachable and caring and is able to make them feel comfortable and at ease.  

 

Justin received his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Cornell University and subsequently earned a PhD in Philosophy from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He worked as a philosophy professor before switching gears and earning his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Saint Thomas. He also obtained a certificate of Addiction Studies from the University of Minnesota and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  He has been practicing psychotherapy for more than six years.
