Robin Hicks, MA LPCC

Robin earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota. Robin is the first person in three generations of her family to earn a college degree; she grew up in Minneapolis with many challenges, trauma, and a one parent household. Robin’s ambition is to combine her training and personal experiences to assist others in their quest to identify, develop, and deliver their purpose in life.
Robin has supported clients in a range of settings and who present with a variety of emotional, social, and behavioral concerns. Robin works with mood disorders, self-destructive behaviors, substance abuse, non-suicidal self-injury, and anger. Robin also has experience treating and working with individuals with criminal backgrounds and is LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Robin is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
